By creating an account or using ActionMetrix you agree to these terms.

The service

ActionMetrix is a productivity tool: activity tracking, a personal CRM, KPI dashboards and team programmes. It does not sell, advise on or arrange any takaful, insurance, investment, tax or zakat product. Product names in the app are labels you use to organise your own clients.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate details when you sign up.

Your data and your clients’ data

• You own what you enter. We only use it to run the service, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
• Only add people to your CRM when you have a fair reason to keep their details, and follow the personal data laws that apply to you (in Malaysia, the PDPA 2010).
• If you join a programme, its leaders and managers can see your activity and CRM summary.

Fair use

Do not use ActionMetrix to send spam, break the law, or try to get into other people’s accounts or data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep ActionMetrix running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost sales or indirect losses from using or not being able to use it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time — see Delete account. We may change these terms; if the change is significant we will tell you in the app.
