Privacy Policy

ActionMetrix helps sales agents track daily activities, manage their own client list (CRM) and follow KPIs, alone or inside a team programme. This page explains what we keep, why, and how you can remove it.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email address, password (stored scrambled, never readable), and the phone number or Telegram handle if you add them.
• What you enter: activities, habits, KPI targets, plans, notes, and the contacts you add to your CRM (name, phone, email and any other details you type in).
• Contacts from your phone — only the ones you pick. When you use “Pick from phone contacts”, your phone opens its own contact list and only the people you choose are sent to ActionMetrix. We never read or upload your whole address book.
• Technical data: sign-in times and basic error logs needed to keep the service working.

Why we use it

• To run the app: save your data and show it back to you on any device.
• To send the reminders and summaries you switch on (email or Telegram).
• If you join a programme, to show your activity, KPI and CRM summary to your programme leaders and managers — that is the purpose of a programme.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or share it with anyone for marketing. Your CRM contacts are yours: we do not contact them.

Who else handles it

Data is stored with our cloud database provider (Supabase) and emails are delivered by an email provider (Resend). They process data only on our behalf. Data travels encrypted (HTTPS).

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is removed straight away; backups roll over within 30 days.

Your choices

• Edit or delete any contact or activity at any time inside the app.
• Delete your whole account in the app under Profile → Delete account, or on the web at actionmetrix.com/delete-account.

Children

ActionMetrix is a work tool for adults and is not meant for anyone under 18.
